The same-day promise
Call before noon, cooled by dinner
You call, a live dispatcher answers, and you get a real arrival window — plus the tech’s name and photo by text.
Diagnosis done, flat-rate number from the book, you approve it before we touch a screw.
Most repairs finished the same visit. If it needs a part or a replacement, you get options on paper before we leave.
The honest fork
Repair it, or replace it?
We repair when…
- The unit is under ~10 years old
- The fix is a part, not the compressor
- The math says years of life left
Flat-rate from the book. Most done same visit.
We replace when…
- Repairs would chase a dying system
- Efficiency savings pay real money back
- You want the 10-year parts & labor cover
Right-sized, financed, old unit hauled off.
Either way, the math goes on paper and the sheet stays with you.

Fair questions
Do you really answer at 2am?
The emergency line is staffed around the clock in summer and during cold snaps. Overnight calls get a live person, a triage question or two, and the first morning slot — or a night visit if the situation can’t wait.
What does the diagnosis cost?
A flat trip-and-diagnosis fee, quoted when you book, credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it. The repair price comes from the book — nights and weekends included, no surge math.
Repair or replace — how do I know you’re being straight with me?
We put the math on paper: repair cost, unit age, efficiency, and what a new system runs with financing. You keep the sheet either way. About half the time the answer is "repair it — this unit has years left."
Do you service all brands?
Yes — every major residential brand. Techs carry common parts for the big five, which is a lot of why most repairs finish in one visit.
